Mecum Fl listings

Does any one know if the cars they have listed as per day will they be sold on those days. I wanted to go for the last 3 days but don't want to miss out on what I am interested in.

When I log on and review "Auction Results" there are many that are: "sale pending" OR "sale goes on"
Is that what you mean?
Because some cars do NOT meet their reserve...

What u mean is the vehicles listed for sale of certain days will they sale on the days listed.

finallygotmine in the bj thread says that the Wellborn cars are locked up and can only be seen by certified bidders. Trying to confirm this. Dave L and I plan to go on Wed. See last paragraph.

about 1/2 they don't meet the reserve it seems, allot of no sales/reserves not met...
they have a "bid goes on" desk to "possibly" get a deal done, some of the times thou...

I went to the Mecum Kissimmee auction this past Sunday. I agree with everything in the above post. Very disappointing that the Wellborn cars were roped off. Did manage to get some decent pictures though. There were several other cars in the same building as the Wellborn that were very cool and not roped off. One was a one owner Hemi Challenger with around 1600 miles on it. Saw three 69 Hemi RRs. The coolest one was the one owner, unrestored car. Think it had around 5k miles on it. Absolutely a Chevy love fest. Amazing how "rare" Camaros can bring so much money when there are so many of them out there. Lots of pigs with lipstick as mentioned above. It made me feel pretty good about my 70RR which has a better body and paint than most of what I saw!
