Actually not a lot. The almost factory rear window rust and rear lower quarters is about it. I rebuilt the window corner out of thin air using the other side as a template and it seemed to come out OK. The rear quarter repair panels were also formed from sheet metal stock.
Thanks for the nice comments folks! The car is far from perfect but it's another historic MoPar that will see plenty of street duty. With any luck I'll be driving it down to Spring Fling 2010.
