I found this guy, Fitzee, on Youtube. He's an old-school panel beater and does a really good job of explaining his process. He shows some simpler stuff and also some more complex fabrication of patch panels.

He talks like a Newfoundlander. Pretty sure he's Canadian although I haven't seen anything to indicate where he is. There was a glimpse of a license plate on a wall but it was too fuzzy to see.

Yep! He has said he's based in Canada in a couple videos. I like his accent, I first thought maybe Boston or something in the US northeast but definitely sounds different to any I had heard previously.
