Has anyone see this car. Its been gone for a while(about a month or so) and could be anywhere. Its a 70 Roadrunner. Just a titleless shell, Was my fathers 'purpledusterrlc' but he passed away. It was located in Blakeslee, PA but could be anywhere as of now.

Had no motor and was missing left fender and headlight.

The guy had a car stolen, and his passed away dads old car to boot, and it's time for a spelling lesson? Get some friggin manners! He came on here for help, not to be badgered about a space between Road & Runner. Wow.....

I hope your dads roadrunner turns up, im assuming it was stolen, be nice to nail a guy who does these things but he would be really nuts to take it to a the Carlisle show.. you would think.
Good luck

Jeez, I guess I pissed on a hornets nest!
The OP wasn't specific about the car being stolen. I wasn't aware that the post was in reference to some hard luck story. its not my intention to kick anyone when they are down.
SOME of you guys... at least 4, need to lighten up. I wasn't insulting or rude. Read the post again. It was intentionally silly.

trailer was not taken. It was just the car. Should appear as in this picture.

I know you said no title but you may need to post some VIN numbers if you have some. Im pretty sure if they intend on selling it that they may spray bomb some primer or something on it to make it look different.

If you have a paper there called the Area Shopper, I don't know how far its circulated in Pa.. We get it here but you could advertise for some body or interior parts for a 70 and maybe he will get a little more stupid.. If you advertise for the whole car, it would send up a red flag but, you may get lucky.. just a thought, my wife tells me the Area Shopper is a huge paper and everyone uses it...

It's no big deal Gregory C... also in 1968 it's road runner on all the badging, not Road Runner, there's no capitols... Everyone messes up every now & then, it's good your contrite... I write it Roadrunner all the time & I'm on #13 RR...

I hope the guy finds the car, SOON, I hope justice will be served & severe...

i do not have a vin # sadly, still trying to locate one off the previous owner, if i can find him.

How about an old License plate # in a photo or something, you can get info on the car from DMV {for a small fee} or maybe an insurance policy & be able to get the VIN #'s, they will be on the radiator support, the dash plaque behind the windshield {Obviously} & the drip rail surround in the trunk also... Post them up everywhere on all Mopar websites or forums, www.Moparts.com , www.MoparMuscleMagazine.com , www.DodgeCharger.com , www.MyMopar.com , www.HotRodHotLine.com or anywhere else you can think of...

Id be checking the scrap yards i wouldnt put it past someone to steal it and sell it for scrap . its happend around the area where i live and they have caught a couple of them here in va dont need a title to scrap it ,

Yeah, It never had a license plate. It was bought off of a guy in the process of restoring it, he sold it to my father with no title. No license plate either.
