Howdy guys.

I have a problem with my Satellite, was out driving Friday evening all was fine.
Saturday i had planned to go to a car show, put the key in and no power or anything, nothing worked, changed the battery still no power.

Went to the bulkhead connector right away, and there is connection through the connectors, i have only found power on the big red wire for the ammeter.

So now i have instrument cluster out and all the switches out, light, wiper, washer, dimmer, and i cant find any power (except ammeter red wire).

So any advice/help is welcome, and i must add that im not very good at electrics so please explain good :)

Thanks in advance.

If you have power on the red wire at the ammeter, you should have power at the black ammeter wire. Ammeter sounds like its not allowing current flow. Join red to black at ammeter to by pass. Do this when battery is disconnected, make sure when you reconnect that there is no shorts or high amp draw http://www.madelectrical.com/electricaltech/amp-gauges.shtml

Thanx so much, beezee nailed it on the head.
Everything works (exc. ammeter of course) and i can drive it WOOOOHOOOO

Thank you...

Yes actually i have bench seats but i wil make a console for it in front, with a volt meter in it and a cup holder for my coffee, because i need sh** loads of coffee. LOL
