As an older fan of "resto-mods" I have undertaken many projects on my cars that resulted in not only keeping busy and exercising my brain but also resulting in many benefits that the original car did not possess. If you could and had the cash and know-how, just exactly how would you change your ride from what it currently is. What is that ONE improvement that's been sitting on the back burner due to unexpected parenthood, untimely divorce, depleted bank account or just plain lack of knowledge?

An overdrive unit that has a lock up converter, won't require floor pan modifications, can handle 700hp/700tq and is fully automatic.

If I had the time/money, I would chop off the roof and put a factory sunroof in. I've always wanted a 73/74 sunroof car since I saw one in the Chilton's books.

Alterkation front end kit or something similar. Just a good sporting front end would be awesome with rack and pinion steering and disk brakes. My car would feel complete, even though I know that's a big fat lie!! lol

head rests I recently had installed in my '63 fury buckets (5 years before they were a thing to have in cars) new firm steering box, disk brakes, dual reservoir, '65 Dodge axles/housing dumping the tapered axles, electronic ignition, 15-inch wheels, now looking for a power antenna before I get car back together to go with the install of the Hermosa radio w/ usb port. And hoping to find a shop to do some custom work on the convertible rear window when getting new top put on...things done to modernize and make it safer to drive..
