Wow, what a weekend!!! There was a unreal amount of 82 NSS cars. 14 of them were F/X cars. Congrats to Don Sheridan on his win in his beautiful A/NSS alum 64' Hemi car. Jim Guy was runner-up in a close race with a .006 win margin. Doug Duell does a fantastic job on this event.
Our car ran very well all weekend, had a little bad luck with the tree as we had a -.002 red in the semi-final in the F/X race and bowed out the first round Sunday with a -.001 red. All the cars ran very well with very little break downs. Congrats to good friends Paul and Len with low qualifier at a unreal 8.74 with thier "Keepin the Faith" 63' Savoy. The car was very consistant as well going as quick as 8.73 on Sunday to thier slowest pass of 8.88. John Grinwald in his "Asphalt Elephant also tapped the 8's with a string of 8.88 to 8.94 runs. Both cars are on 10.5x29.5 tires and 100% NSS legal.
