I just saw that on the news, he was allegedly drunk or had been drinking prior supposedly too... what idiots no barriers around the stadium/course car jumping area... probably didn't have the auto shut off boxes either... the driver is responsible, but promoters & property owners, will be ultimately liable I'll bet... but it's Mexico who knows, what will actually come of it... It's sad that people died too, may they rest in peace
