Does anyone have the part numbers for a front suspension rebuild on a 1969 super bee. Ball joints, idler arm, pitman arm, alignment bolts, etc. i bought 11/16th tie rod sleeves from pst. Thanks

Any for torsion bar boots. Couldnt find any on the moog site. Thanks

Don't know if Moog makes those or has a P/N (being there more of a cosmetic/preventative maintenance part), but they can be found all over ebay and other sites like Mancini, Year One, Megapart's, classic..ect..ect...

Little tip for installing......Grease up the torsion bar & end a bit to slide to boot over the end of the torsion bar and down the length of it easier....(help's a lot)! Be sure to fill up the torsion bar housing seat in the the torsion bar x-member where the bar seat's, after the bar's are installed....Then slide to boot over that area and secure.

Or you can nuke some water, drop the boots in and then they are more pliable to get over the hex. Just another method that works well.

Torsion bar boots can be a bitch. Just keep working them and they'll go on eventually. The hot water trick helps too.

Another little trick to get the boots on the torsion bars, is to get a funnel, cut the end off to approximate diameter of the hex on the torsion bar, grease it up, and as you slide the boot over the funnel end onto the bar, it will spread out evenly and glide on with out much effort. Do it slowly so you don't tear the boot, and you may want to boil them in hot water first so they stretch better, but it works great!
