Jess; I just pulled my A/C heater box (68 Coronet) and it looks significantly different, so I'd say its not a direct swap, unless the AC significantly changes the heater box.

Yes it does. There is a BIG difference between an non A/C and an A/C box.

Ah good to know! What threw me is just how different the placement of outlets are for the vents. You would think they would be in similar places.
