I found an old camshaft, Melling SPD-19, and it is new but has no cam timing card/data. I have a 1992 Melling master catalog and it lists the cam as "discontinued, 1962-1964, 426 Chrysler wedge." Anyone here know if this is a solid lifter Stage III Max Wedge replacement cam? The Street Wedge cam is still available I believe. TIA.

I have an older Melling catalog in storage, I'll see if I can find it
My 80's engine dynamics catalog lists most Melling in cross reference / interchange but not that one
what's your info on the street wedge?
not here either

drop them a note

Sorry, I was thinking about the Elgin 426 Street Wedge replacement cam. (E-327-S) 208/210 @.050", .430" lift, 113LSA

I was hoping this SPD-19 was the 300 degree, .520" lift Max Wedge solid cam, .028/.032" lash.
The Elgin or TRW 327 is the universal replacement for the non HP B/RB cam

let's hope it is perhaps you could get a local camgrinder to make a master

I had OREGON Camshafts regrind me a SB 284*/.528 solid PurpleShaft replica off of a RV cam core with a 112* LSA. They also did me a regrind of a 392 Gen1 Hemi core into a Comp Cams 286H (Magnum, .490" lift) with a 109* LSA. I bet they could map the lobes and remaster if there was any interest.

Any luck with the older Melling catalog? Just trying to get some more details on this camshaft. If it's a solid, I bet it's .028/.032" lash like all the early wedge solids. I really need to V-block it or put it in a block and degree-wheel it.
