Mopar Eastern Classic

Anybody going to or have been too the Mopar show at Maryland International raceway? This weekend.
I don't want to drive 3 hours one way and find out I should have stayed home.
Not too much interested in the drags, but the vendor area and the show cars.

I'm headed that way on Sat. I'm pretty close by. This event is not that old yet . I don't think its getting the respect or participation that it should . Last year was ok . Not many Mopar vendors , medium size car show, lots of drag racing. Much of this depends upon the weather, and it is supposed to be a great cool day. Love to meet some peeps from this forum. I'll be wearing my FBBO T shirt. No car or racing for me right now. 68RR still in process. Mitch

The eastern Classic is an event that is growing each year. I have been going for the past 5 years and each year there are more vendors and cars in the show. The racing is good with lots of Mopars of all varieties running the track. The wheelstand contest was good last year, along with the advertised 16 car Hemi Shootout, there should be some fast cars. I will be there with the 67 Belvedere. A few members of the Maryland Mopars are meeting up in Harwood to cruise down together. PM me if you want specifics.
