Mopar Gas / Fuel Tank Sending Unit Ground Strap

Sounds like the Sending Unit to Fuel Line Ground strap.It's there to ensure a good ground.It's used to ground the sending unit with out it you have to rely on the gas tank straps getting a good ground.If your fuel gauge acts up check the ground strap before any thing else.

It clips onto the fuel line on either side of the short rubber hose.
