what is your trouble is it sumthing I can help with........Artie

Thanks Artie. No troubles (knock on wood) but I envision having some performance work done in the near future.

What kind of performance?

The shop Mopar Muscle uses a lot is about 5 min from my house, but it never looks like anyone is there.

Would be about an hour drive for you.

They actually advertized a 451 on CL a year or two ago!

There used to be Dan Dvorak up near Ocala.

He was an out-freakin'-standing pro race engine builder.

I believe he retired due to age.

Got to be someone in Tampa, right?

Dan Dvorak is still in business and back to work. He had a serious health scare a few years back and lost one of his lower legs. My brother spoke with him about a month ago.

Well, that's kind of good news.

I always wanted to get an engine built by him, but after what happened a few years ago, I thought it would never happen.

I even saw his 63 on ebay...from New York!

About 7 years ago, me and some friends went by his shop, but no one was there.

There was a clean, blue 62 2 door out front. Lookin like it was gonna be a race car pretty soon.
