Some info Part Number 2998326 is a genuine NOS MoPar fan shroud that was used on all 70-73 Plymouth Satellite, Roadrunner, GTX, Cuda, Barracuda; Dodge Coronet, Superbee, Charger, Challenger models with 26" core radiators. Max cooling 26" radiators have the top tank outlet on the passenger side and were used on all A/C cars as well as many 340, 383, 440, 426 HEMI cars.

Hemi and 6 pack cars never had AC so I would say yes on non AC cars
