Can someone confirm this a true statement?

"In the Mopar world, even numbers go on the right or passenger side, while odd numbers go on the left, or driver’s side."

Thanks

I don't know the answer to your question. But it is a clear enough question to wonder why it drew question marks.

Yes, this is a true statement. Part numbers ending in an odd number are for the driver side and part numbers ending with an even number are for the passenger side.

Thanks..the quote was from Andy Finkbeiner (I think I spelt that correct) the author of B Body upgrades. Just wanted to make sure it was true before ordering a used part from someone on line.

Thanks for the confirmation

Always best to trust Andy in the way of the Mopar.

A good example of that is torsion bars. There is a Left and Right side part number.

Very interesting and helpful:headbang:

Not to hijack this thread but a similar type question... Are all windscreens for build years the same regardless of 2dr ,4 dr , HT, convertible ?? Is it just the rake which changes & by association the rubber seal ??

No, there can be differences based on year and body style.

odd numbers left even numbers right side. PERIOD . Something in the center of the vehicle can go either way..
