Installed rear leaf springs today. I have to say, this is the biggest improvement to this car to date, I cannot believe how much of an improvement its made over the old leafs, the old ones reminded me of driving on a wet sponge.

These are so much better, not too stiff, the ride is still comfortable and not rigid, just allot more stable and does not have that floating feeling I had before.

Got them from Summit mopar performance $225 delivered to the door, not a bad deal at all I thought.

Install was fairly easy, hardest part was getting the U bolts off, the rest was not bad at all.

My old springs were 5 leaf, these are 6 leaf

It did raise her slightly, nothing out of the ordinary I don't think

looks real good john.i am in the middle of replacing those springs in my 67.i am also installing a new gas tank,sender,and a new rear with 457 gears on a spool.glad to here they work nice.
 
Looks good, but they are on the wrong side, lol!!! Just pullin' your leg, he stance is bitchin'!

Tell me more about that rear end install, is that with a suregrip? Is it a 8 - 3/4?
