Its in the parking lot of Brookshire Bros behind Oriellys and Mc Donald's.
Also not sure if you know but the Conroe Swap Meet is that weekend too.

Yes on 105, watch your speed coming into Montgomery, they work it hard, goes from 50 to 35mph pretty quickly.
The swap meet will be at Montgomery County Fairgrounds by the airport.
