MP 6.1 Hemi AEM alternator issues

Does anyone have any experience with the Mopar Performance 6.1 hemi crate engine with AEM emgine management system?

I have everything up and running in regard to the AEM unit but am having trouble getting the unit to control alternator output, has anyone got this working before?

Alternator is the standard alternator for a 6.1 and plugs into the MP harness that came with motor.

I have never had that problem. Those AEM boxes are notorious for having shorts. Ive sent several back to AEM and they want to charge you every time to fix them

Thanks. Have found the problem, box supplied by MP was incorrect and was not able to control the alternator. Ended up using an external regulator kit to solve the problem.
