after 6 1/2 hours of nonstop spraying it's in the base coat and clear coat. 1 gallon of base and 2 gallons of clear. in a day or so it will be color sanded. still a lot of work ahead of me. chrome will back next week and I still have to wait on the interior (the last piece of the puzzle):headbang:. 65 in paint 025.jpg65 in paint 023.jpg65 in paint 021.jpg65 in paint 019.jpg65 in paint 016.jpg65 in paint 014.jpg65 in paint 022.jpg65 in paint 003.jpg:hello2::wav:

That looks great! This is going to be stellar sanded and polished and the chrome back on. I wish mine was this far along.

I thought I had most of the parts I needed and when I started sorting out the boxes in anticipation of getting it back, I found out I had new door seals, door seal front caps, two new trunk seals for some odd reason but no roof rail window seal (over side windows), no door jam seals, no door bumpers and no hood bumpers. It is amazing how you think you have it all covered, and then find out all you forgot. This little stuff adds up. I ordered new roof rail screws from RT Specialties (3 and 1/2 ounces) for $14 and they charged $13 shipping! Would have been under $3.00 postage and packaging if they put on five first class stamps on a padded bag. The key to a profitable business is to make as much on the shipping as you do on what was bought. LOL

look great so far. Bet your getting excited to put it back together. Good luck with it.
