My Best Friend from Childhood Passed away last night.

I just got off the phone with my best friends brother SLIPAPEE (Vic) passed away last night. He was battling brain Cancer.We raced together as teenagers. He had a bassass 66 Chevelle SS 396.
After multiple chemo and Radiation treatments we all thought he beat it.
They put him on steroids and some other medications and it hit his stomach and liver real bad.
He leaves a 8 year old son.
SLIPAPEE was 51 years old.
He had a heart of gold. He'd give you the shirt off his back and was always the 1st to put his hand in his pocket and buy dinner or pay for everything at the track when we raced.

We did everything together as kids growing up. Funny thing a few parents called us #11 when we walked down the street together. We were both over 6 feet tallat 14 years old.
SLIPAPEE was 6'5 and 285 lbs.
He was a great guy.
I'm going to miss him dearly. Life i just so unfair.

Sorry to here the bad news.My best friends dad is going to pass any day now due to Cancer.The whole family is having a bad run with Cancer, my friend just buried his younger brother then his uncle his Cousin then niece and now his father all in a two year period, they all died from different types of Cancer.This sort of thing really takes a toll on everyone involved.
I really am sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry to hear the bad news. My condolences to you and his family. A good friend of mine was killed in a solo car accident a few months ago and still have a hard time believing this happened. I'm sure they are all with God now. RIP.

couldn't sleep a wink last night. thinking about everything we did together and how i'm going to look into that casket tonite seeing him for the last time gonna make me sick.
