N96 option

My car has the N96 option. My question is where does the handle get mounted on the underside of the dash for the carb air? By the time I hook up the vent cables, it looks like I'm out of mounting holes. Pics would also help.

Grady have to ask- what is chrome knob between grabber&vent knobs? Rear spkr knob? Just curious. Jeff

Not Grady but that is the "reverse" light that were on 4 speed cars.

That knob is for your speakers. It adjust the sound from front to back.

Thanks for the pics. It looks like I’ll be drilling a hole. There is only one hole in that location.

Here is a pic from below of mine. Maybe the holes nearby the carb air handle knob will help answer a question or two.
What differences happened on the assembly line?? dashes with holes? without holes?

Here is what I have and will probably leave it for now. I find it odd that I have the N96 option and possibly just one hole available for that vent. It’s an original 69 Bee. Wm23... with all the old titles from the previous owner, fender tag and other #s to match.
