Need a little help decoding fender tag on 69 Satellite

I’ve tried my usual decoding sites and both came back saying that because of the plant it was made at their tool doesn’t work. Any help is appreciated! I did decode the VIN but if it helps I’ll provide that too

69 satellite, 2dr hdtp, f3 light green body and roof, black bench seat, 318/904. Ithink it says March 20 scheduled build date (32? on bottom [actually first] line)
Black upper inner door frame. 26" radiator, cause of H51 a/c.
The three 3-digit codes are engine assy, rearend and brakes, and trans assy.
Don't know them off the top of my head, my source book is 250 miles away.
Obviously, a lynch road assy.
I don't know 1X or 7X without my book.

7X = V7X = Black painted accent stripes

864- 318 2 bbl. 640- 2.76, 8 1/4" standard axle with 10" brakes. 086 is a 904 auto trans, I think.
