I have a loud popping bind noise when applying brakes at a roll.
Have checked my brake rebuild and they work OK. I thought it
was my brakes but a mopar mechanic thinks there is a loose bolt
on the suspension right front. Everything has been rebuilt with
new bushings and brakes & parts. I am only moving the car at
2 to 3 miles an hour in driveway. It really has me puzzled as I
have done 2 other old B bodies and had no problems. Just a side
note-----When car is on jack stands and I spin front tire
and my wife applies brake there is no noise. Any ideas would
be appreciated. Thanks!

I used to have that same noise on my 66 Belvedere ... ended up being one bolt on the upper control arm bushing not being tight enough and it was sliding back and forth.
