Need help from bloggers

I don't know anything about blogging and would like some help from those that do.

I just purchased a travel trailer in Rocky Point Mexico. I plan to rent it when I am not using it.

Rocky Point is a popular spring break spot and I would like to capture the attention of some people that have not yet made and reservations for a stay there.

I think that a blog would be the quickest way to get the word out.

I used "blogging" as a search word and about all I get is sites offering to build a website for it.

Any suggestions on what I should do?
