Need help from guys with bucket seats

69 Coronet. I replaced my carpet, time to put seat belts back in. I know I should have taken pictures, but I think they were installed incorrectly before I bought my car. Does the seat belt piece with the roller that spins inside the casing go on the door side of the seats or in between seats ?
