I purchased a new power steering gear. There is a valve that I need to reuse from the old box but its seized stuck. Manual just calls it Valve. Pic shows two springs inside. Its a 66 with a 383. Does anyone know what its called or where to get another??? Thanks

Hi rustydesoto, welcome :wav: I see you joined last summer but this is your first post...

Are you talking about the spool valve, or the piston between the two springs in the outlet? Can you post a picture for us?

I have a few of those good used aluminum body with the valve and springs but they are 67 up with the screw on adapter for the return hose i see yours has a fixed hose end. PM me if you are interested and think you can use it
