Need help identifying

Have these 2 sets of wires and unsure what they go 2; Appreciate all the help on this website
first 2 are in front of radiator in what seems like lighting harness. Just sitting their and no where for them to connect into.

2nd set is right by firewall on driver's side (seems to be also in same wiring harness the runs all the way to front of car) Unsure what these go to also.

Also wanted to know if their was suppose to be some sort of grill over front heater vent if that is what it is; unsure (directly under dash below cigarette lighter)

Would the wires in the first picture be for your horns?
Also I may have missed it ,but you might say the year and model car you are working on.

Sorry. Car is a 71 Charger SE w/ mild 318 and automatic slapstick 409 tranny. Car is all original for most part except for engine dress up kit. All factory wiring is still intact I think but could be wrong
Horns are mounted on passenger side and harness w/wires r their.
