Need help in identifying steering column

I have a tilt column in my vehicle. It has a Mopar type ignition key in column, GM style turn signal switch connector.numbers on the column sticker are: 7827887 and 4019379.
It is in my 69 RR. I’d like to know what it’s from as I want to change the wheel but am concerned about spline count and basic interchangeability.
