I have 70 dodge charger 500 replacing complete trosin bar, front and rear frames and floor.i have the measurement from the bottom but like to check from the top lip to lipWe need more information to help you. Can you be more specific?
Gotcha. I had a shop weld in my frame rails & all I gave them was the factory frame dimension diagram, so I don't know. There has to be "somebody" on this side with their floor cut out right now who can measure it for you. I think you're smart to double check the top side before you start welding!!!

should work cuz 66 to 70 have same torsion bar.please if you can give me the upper and lower measurements please .thanks a lot for the help.66 work ?
I want both side lip to lip of rocker panel.from the top and from the bottom. When I removed the floor pan i.didnt put support to hold it so.i think there is a gap between torsion bar.you want just above trany mount and what lower ?
Perfect I am getting 62 where is the torsion bar and at rear getting 62 1/4 so I have to pull the back one where the door handle side.lip to lip is 62"
Ok I thought front and rear should have same measurement like sure box. From Inside should be 56 9/16 .did you replace your frame or floor before?I'm 62 1/4 at the rear also
