Can someone please post a close up pic of where the dash fascia meets the chrome trim piece on the sides if he dash? See below for example.

I'm trying to figure out how these pieces worked in conjunction with each other. My dash had the plastic Coronet 500 piece screwed flat against the frame and the trim piece didn't really touch it. It hovered about. 1/4-1/2 inch above the fascia.

Also, anyone have tips on painting the fascia?

Good link. The first set of pics sort of shows it. Looks like the fascia should touch the back of the trim.

Correct....hence the vibration and years damages the acrylic pieces....The main killer for the long "hockey stick" for yours that says coronet 500 was people slamming the glovebox door. When they did that it forced the top corner into the metal trim...

Do they make replacement metal fascias?

You mean the dash frame, No....The trim pops up on eBay routinely. The acrylic pieces are rare but the hardest is GTX hockey stick....

I figured the acrylic would be hard to find. I think I'm just going to wrap mine blue and then try to figure out how to space the acrylic off the frame to make it flush with the trim.

Yikes, $250. Wrap here I come. I also might try to cut my own metal piece, one the spans the radio all the way to the hockey stick. My radio fascia is actually a metal piece anyway.

Yeah they are pricey but they are not reproduced nor were many made....The radio bezel is reproduced but is junk like ,most every repo is...
