Need pics of column linkage under hood

Removing B&M cable shifter. Keeps binding. Former owner of my car gave me the column linkage in a box. Converting back to column. The shifter bound up at a cruise in last night and luckily another person there had tools and a floor jack so I disconected the cable had someone else start the car and then I moved the lever into drive to get home.

More than likley it is just the cable. a new cable in the proper lengh to route it away from any problems and make sure it is not bound would probably fix you rite up.

I have put two cables in and the way you have to route the cable around the headers forces the routing to have sharp turn which I think is causing the binding.

I am done with the cable shifter.

I understand your frustrations!!!
One thing I would like to point out though, Cheeta SCS shifter actualy routes the cable from the other direction "opposite end" . It doesn't have to make that big *** loop or tight bends to avoid headers!!!!!!
