need some help locating 64 b parts

I am in need of rear wheel houses for my 64 belvedere, I am converting the car back from s/s to a cc/sa hemi car. the car was mini tubbed back in the 80's, the frame rails are mildly moded, I just don't want rotted junk and in the north east that's about all you find. I can buy 68-70 b replacement parts but not sure how much different they are from early stuff, if some one here has or knows of a pair can I get them with the piece of frame rail still attached the width of the wheel house?????
