Need some tips for 6 pack tune.

My friend Sean asked me to help him fine tune his Pro max six pack set up.The outboard carbs also have idle screw adjustments.I always thought they idled off the center carb only.It's been 30 years since the last time I played with a 6 shooter.

DISCONNECT the outboard rods and then set idle mixture screws on center carb 1st and then idle.
there is also a idle solenoid which should be set also, curb idle. i like 900 to 1000 rpms in nuetral.
after you get idle and air mixture set then make sure outboard rods are positioned so they slip right into the hole and you dont move the throttle lever at all.
