I need to replace some vinyl on interior door panels and to verify the colors as this stuff is expensive nos. Trim code is 113, cloth/vinyl and the vinyl color is cocoa? Same color as Rose Beige?

It looks like a pinkish metallic from areas that are not faded and interior metal is painted the same color.

Thanks!

Correct. Cocoa aka rose beige. I'll assume you are ordering this through SMS, as I believe there is no NOS material left. I looked intensely over 14 years ago for my Fury and came up empty. SMS are going to dye you a batch, so be sure to order a little extra, just in case. Or should I say "speaking from experience".

I'm going with Original Auto Interiors. I called them earlier and asked specifically for 1962 Plymouth Rose Beige and after checking he said they had some. $60 a yard, holy smokes! I'm just going to do the door panels for now. They are rose beige on top and bottom with a dark burgundy center section. Top and bottom sections are beat up bad. And I will re cover the package tray. Eventually I will hopefully vinyl paint the seats as they were recovered several years ago in a beige with cloth center sections.

Glad you verified it was the same, sometimes I don't trust google search.

I have a completely restored interior in the color you are going for if you are interested. SMS made door panels and nos cloth inserts for the seats. Split back bench in the front with an arm rest.

As far as the package tray is concerned you could order a new one and paint it to match the interior. That is the route I went and it turned out real nice. Heck I could add that to the deal and you would be done with the interior.

just a thought, Andrew

I found your post after a google search which led me to the color name. Very nicely done. Unfortunately mine is a 4 door so the panels wouldn't work and mine have a dark maroon center section that match the door panels. Your cloth is an exact match for what was originally on mine too.

Got the material. Looking at it shows just how faded everything else is. Looks like I need to repaint my dash now:D Here is a door panel I finished so far. Have both front doors complete. Bad thing about the back is I will be losing the 3 Plymouth logos embossed on the upper section of the doors. Center panels are in good shape, lower cardboard needed some help.

Threewood, That door panel looks nice, nice work all those years ago! I know I'm reviving a really old thread but I was hoping to see more pictures of the interior you re did listed here. Do you have another post with more photos or can you toss some pictures in here.

The bottom vinyl on the door panels peeled back in the AZ heat after some time. Fixed it with hot glue.
