steering column

check ebay I believe there is one listed

modify yours by cutting the indicator tower and the shifter mounting point off flush with the column. Bend a cover with two mounting tabs that fit where the two inside screws go that hold up the background for gear selectors to fill in the former pointer area. after you cut off the shifter tang flush with the column fill it in with duraglass then smooth flush. Take your time and no one will ever be able to tell.Good luck

Bill I will have to give that a shot , thank you for the input!!

Your welcome, when I get back up to Ga. to finish the Bee I'll take a couple of pics. Disassemble the column as it's a lot easier to work with. Good Luck

I just did the same as Moperformance about this time last year. Like he said, take your time and it's very hard to tell. Of course, either cut your arm underhood, or leave it off when you re-aasemble your column

& if you need....

& if you need a gear box rebuilding kit and NEW PITMAN ARM for same, don't hesitate to call ----
