NEEDED: Heater Delete Plate for 64 Savoy

Looks like Joe Suchy has some here at the Nats. Do you have the deletes that go in the vent holes?

The repo ones Do NOT FIT.

I bought one from Joe and the holes do not line up.
He got them from the guy on eBay.

I just the solid plate that will match the rest of the silver dash pod. No holes except for the top and bottom screw holes. The one Joe sent me has two square holes in the plate which I do not need as the total heater control assembly is not in the car. I have an email to Joe but most likely won't hear from him until he returns from the nationals. Thanks for the replies. Spook.

They did not make a plate with no holes! The two buttons were for the fresh air vent.

Wonderful. No fresh air vents in this car. Suppose I can glue some fake ones in there....anybody got a set they want to sell?? Thanks. Spook.

I know this is not what you asked about, but looks like some insulation for the delete plate? Could be a lead. Maybe the seller will know more? Good luck Spook.

The screw holes do not match up. Hold it up to your dash and you will see.
They only came with the fresh air holes.

When the gauge pod comes back I will check. Have the two switches needed. If nothing else works I will put in fake screw heads and glue the bloody thing in place. Where there is a will there is a way...... Spook.
