I was wondering if you NENDRA Members would rather Race at Island either Saturday or Sundaty rthis week.
Lebanon Valley is a mess and the dirt is worse than ever. Dust is blowing reaking havor to the cars body and engines.
Cars are dragging up dust and dirt to the starting line and when driving down the return road, its blowing everywhere.
Island was smart and not selfish by closing all last weekend in order to clean up all the dirt and dust. And have a clean safe environment for us racers to race at.
What i'm seeing is Howard at Lebanon Valley only thinking about the money and keeping thev Valley open for Muslepalloza last weekend and not caring that the track was not cleaned up properly and really not ready to be open.
So im proposing that the NENDRA guys think about going to Island either saturday or sunday for a great day of racing.
I know alot of the Connecticut guys dont want to make the trip but since most of you guys arent making many of the races anyway, so its no big deal.

WHAT'S YOUR INPUT ON THIS FOR THIS WEEKEND?
We have till friday to decide.

I can't attend at either venue on Saturday.
But if I get my truck fixed before the weekend, I'd rather go to Island on Sunday.
Waiting on diesel parts......sucks
My 2 cents.

with all this rain the dust at lebanon will probably get washed away, or the flooding may start all over again. who know's, but island sounds good to me. I checked the schedule for saturday at island, and they don't open until 2:00pm. sunday 8:30am

weather looks better for sunday also.
lebanon is gonna be a disaster. i dont have any air cleaners either.
track prep sucks, and i really would like to actually race instead of just waiting around like usual.

this is just a thought guys so dont go and do anything stupid like last time.

Better safe than sorry

I can't race at all this weekend so it really don't make a difference either way to me. But, just a word of caution from somebody who was at lebanon valley last sunday, I would not want to go back there so soon, especially after all this rain, you don't know what you'll find. It could be better or maybe worse than last week! Do you really want to take the chance.......... Just my opinion........:thinker:

I dont want to take the chance to another disaster at lebanon. I need to get a good day of racing in this weekend. i just want to get down the track with the hemi and see what its got. On a real track, like island cuz we all know how the hook is there compared to lebanon valley.
Lebanon has gone to **** in terms of track prep and organization.
I want to start concentrating on the 65 black dodge for the rest of the year after this event. But i really want to know how much better the hemi's gonna run now.
At lebanon i wont be able to see the real potential this car has got.

My guess is both are underwater by now. this rain is just crazy. Im underwater again! Its Thursady boys and it aint looking good.
Thinking about going into boat racing

it look's like this weekend nendra race is at LVD

I went out 1st round to John Siefert on a double breakout. car picked up when the head wind slowed down. congrats to John for his 2nd win.
BTW the DA was horrible.

weather is looking real nice for this saturday, only two race's left

I know its going to be a great day. I'm torn now between NENDRA and the Shakedown.
if i go to Shakedown there will be no chance of winning the points.
New trans will be in by tomorrow night though.:headbang:
