After many years of messing with trucks I finally bought a muscle car. After restoring my 72 GMC 4wd Jimmy I was ready to do a car. My only requirement was that it was a stick shift. Well I found this and paid a lot more than I planned but felt it was worth it. This had not run in 10 years the trunk was rusty and the gas tank was out of it. The guy I bought it from got it from his Dad and he was the original owner. The car was painted and had some body work done 20 years ago but still pretty solid. Anyway I replaced the trunk floor and put a gas tank in it and got it running. Numbers matching 383, air grabber hood, 4 speed with 95,000 miles and I think a 391 posi rear end, geared way low!. I need all new interior but it's a blast to drive! I can't get any pics to load, maybe I will try later.

Welcome aboard. If pics are being a pain, I usually use Photobucket just to make life a little easier on myself.

Nice 70 Bee! Love the history you have on it. Heal well and get some more pics to us!!!

I won't be driving it anytime soon I have about 6 weeks of careful restricted movement ahead of me. Funny story, when I bought this car the guy told me his dad had bought a blue and white Charger went to the bank for the cash and the dealer sold it while he was gone. Needless to say he was mad, so he chose this car and a green Hemi Coronet and decided on the Bee because it got better gas mileage!

Thats a beautiful Bee!! You get well quick! you'll be in it soon we hope and be up and runnin down the highway...
