Been lurking for a while thought I should introduce myself. I'm from northwest Iowa, and currently working on a 70 coronet 500 with a 440/727 that was given to me by my father. I've been in love with mopars all my life but kind of a newbie to actually working on them. I'm looking forward to learning more from the site

Welcome from Davenport Iowa!

Greetings from southern MN. Where about in northwest IA are you?

Ah sorry guys I've been pretty busy lately. I don't have any pictures at the moment but when I get some I'll put them up..might just start a build thread while I'm at it.
Gpuller- I am about an hour east of Sioux city. Where are you at in Minnesota? I used to have some family around the Worthington area..I remember driving through a junkyard in Worthington when I was a kid, I'm pretty sure they had stacks of mopars way in the back. They are probably long gone by now as that was probably a good 15-20 years ago

I'm in between Blue Earth and Albert Lea MN, only live a mile north of I90. Do some antique tractor pulling, we always get a sled out of Alta.
Uncle and Aunt lived in Worthington. Cousins graduated from there.

Not far from the Jolly Green Giant, eh GP?

Nope not at all. Green Giant is in Blue Earth, 14 miles from my house. You've been there Bel and didn't call me?

Sorry, GP - haven't been past it since I've known you. Maybe next trip? My wife is from SD, so we go right past it on I-90 when we go to the inlaws - something I try to avoid, LOL. :protest:

Nice pic, by the way!

Don't forget to get your NHRA picks in!
