New Horn Help

I have chased my horn problems to this lead…. Where do I connect this wire horn lead on steering wheel or the chrome piece and how
I connect the battery and touch the lead horn works
I am sure it’s a simple fix just need a point in the right direction View attachment 1699883

You are missing the horn switch. It goes under the ring that is mounted with the 3 screws. It will have a tab for a flat female terminal to plug onto.
