Welcome from Michigan. I went thru the same issue when redoing my car. Ended up buying all 3 kits before I got it right thanks to my neighbor.
Do you need the upper control arm adjusting bolts....

Welcome from Alabama, sorry I'm not up technically on the 73-74's.

Welcome aboard Sir, from the middle of the mitten. I have a soft spot for 73's

This should help. It is not a bolt but is a bar, if I understand what you are looking for.

Re-read your post. You are actually looking for bolt 2-09-3. I will get you the part number, sorry for the mix up.

Bolt is #3402 650 and the nut is #6024 803. Let me check the garage as the upper control arm may still be in a tote and not in storage.

Okay, got lucky. There were at the bottom of the bottom tote. This is off a 73 roadrunner.
