This is a 1- 1/8" bore diameter master cylinder primary piston assembly that I had some made up back when I was an engineer at Raybestos to rebuild 2229191 70-71 hemi master cylinders.
The secondary piston assembly is the same one used in the standard 67-70 B and most C body disc brake MCs, so at the time one would simply combine this primary piston with a secondary from the available MC kit, to create a full kit to rebuild a 2229191 MC. I believe those kits have been discontinued a few years ago. However if you can't find one, you can pirate a secondary piston from a 36283 master cylinder which are still widely available.
