Hello Mopar fans I am Budnicks, I have been arround Mopars sence 1974 or so, My first car was a 68 Charger R/T 440ci 727 auto 3:55 gears, I drove it to high school & work every day. I have had many Mopars 60+ to date mostly B-Bodies Chargers & Roadrunners between 68-71 Atleast a dozen or so of each, Mostly all Big Block cars. Some A-bodies 67-71 Barracuda's, Duster's & Demon's, A couple of E-bodies 70-71 `cuda's & Challenger's. I do all my own fab, body, suspension, trans & engine work. I've built 26 race cars from the ground up & many more just modified for myself & friends somewere in the near 100+ total. I was an avid Drag Racer from 1975-98 fulltime, now just a hobbie, Mostly GM stuff because of cost & availability of parts back then, there weren't many Mopar parts availible & the ones that were, were worth there weight in gold it seemed, When your on a strick budget you have to do what gets you to the events. But I have always been a MOPAR guy at heart & allways had one in the works. I got burned out on costs of the sport, travel & living out of my truck, trailer & suitcase. I currently am working on a 68 Roadrunner 383 auto, with too many modifications to list in my introduction, It's a street/strip car pro-touring resto-mod kind of project, I diid add some parts to make it handle & stop better sence I live in the Northern Calif. Sierra's & like to drive the roads up here. I also own a 99 Dakota SLT 4x4 xtra cab auto with a bunch of bolt-ons as my daily driver. I am originaly from the S.F. Bay area, Born & raised in Concord Ca. in the east bay. I lived there for 27 years, I've lived in Alaska, Oregon, Idaho, Missouri & Calif. sence then. I was a Facilities Manager for a large automotive groupe in the western U.S. I was in construction related field for most of my adult life. I belong to several forums now just joined here I have been checking out the site for several years & figured it was time to join. I look forward to talking to all of you in the near future. I will check in from time to time & get use to the site & people before I post too much. Loyal Mopar Guy Budnicks
