Getting close to finishing 69' Sport Satellite, have maybe 16 k involved prob not smartest thing i,ve done but love the car, should make nice cruiser. bought 70 ' R.R yesterday, 383( not running) in primer, not much frame rust, no fuel tank, int. shot. Now on to good stuff. Air-grabber with all controls, carb boot vac lines etc. Go wing, 2 sure grab rears. Paid 2500.00. Car needs alot of work, paint , int, motor. Did i screw up? Can't tell from other forums

Try to get pics up next week, maybe you can help, 69 ' needs wing window adjustment retainers. Don't really know what they look like and year-one couldnt help. Any ideas? Thanks.

As long as the 70 RR is solid it sounds like a good deal. It just depends how much work you can do yourself.

But...there is a shop in RI that has frame repair stuff for your "Runner"
I left RI for the A.F in 1980
been to Loring AFB many times (long gone, ah...the cold war)
