bought a new turn signal harness from Yearone and it does not release when done turning. 70 Bee any clues? Old one worked only on one side.

Why I tested, and even showed the video here of, mine BEFORE I'd even put the nut on the column shaft. Activated by the "pig tail" on the back of the wheel. Why I also was only going to do it TWICE.. lol and bought an NOS switch assembly after my OEM repair plate failed on my OE.

Possible you can nudge the switch assembly to the East to get the pig tail to pick it up on the return, but the "horns" are darn close to center line so not sure it will make enough difference in the geometry to change things but worth a try. You only need to hand set the wheel back onto the splines to see if it'll work.

I had the same thing happen with my new turn signal switch. All I did was " tweek" the little arms that contact the posts a little further out. The plastic is new so it bent without any fear of breaking. Has been working fine for a while now.
