Just thought id introduce myself. My name is Dave, and Im from California. Ive been into LS1 powered Trans Ams for a while, but have always wanted to get in to a Roadrunner.

I will soon be acquiring my Dad's 1968 Roadrunner. It needs work, but heres a quick description:

68 Roadrunner
Orginal 383/4 speed car
Painted Go ManGo
Black interior
Building a 440 to go in (Will be posting questions soon)
Front Disc Brake conversion (dont remember the brand)

What it needs:
Some paint work (Painter did a bad job)
Wiring
Brake install
Suspension/Trans/Rear Rebuild
Wheels/Tires
Brake/Fuel Lines
Headliner/Interior Trim
Finish building 440 and install (Ported 906s, stock shortblock)

Im looking forward to learning as much as i can as i build this car.

I want to build a pretty healthy performer that will be daily driven. I dont have any problem with driving a big relatively aggressive cammed car every day, and i want to make sure this setup is well planned, and pretty stout.

Welcome.

Go Man Go is a 1969/70 color and the name is the Dodge name for the same color in 1969/70 for the Vitamin C. It was a late year introduction after 2/1/69.

Maybe it is my monitor but your pictures don't appear to be even close to the color of
EK2 (Go Man Go or Vitamin C)

Thanks for the info! Its actually not the original Vitamin C. Its the Tangerine Pearl Clearcoat (also called Go ManGo, paint code PVE i believe) used on the 06/07 Dodge Daytona Chargers/Rams.
