Howdy all,

New member here, just wanted to introduce myself and my newest project.
My name is Brando, 33 years old, married with a beautiful 4 year old daughter, I'm a Marine combat vet, long time shade-tree mechanic. I've owned alot of different "fun cars", but this is my first "old" mopar. I usually buy projects, enjoy 'em while I fix 'em, and sell 'em awhile later. Forums have been pretty useful tools for every car I've modified/worked on, and I'm really excited to start my education here.

I believe I'm the 4th owner, it was in Arizona until 8 years ago. Factory A/C, I still have the original owner's manual, Protecto-plate, spare tire and jack, and a whole lot more. The car was painted from it's original "granny gold" to black in October. I have all the original trim for the car, but I'm debating shaving the entire exterior, still up in the air on that. Motor is stock, except a pair of flowmasters off the headers. I'd like to get a 4bbl and better flowing intake manifold in the future to wake this small block up. Anyway, less talking, more pictures and thanks for this forum, y'all.

Welcome, Brando - Thank You for your service! Great looking car and a sweetheart of a daughter you have there. Enjoy every minute with both of them. Oh, and get that little squirt into a Mopar shirt and ditch the Subaru one!:icon_wink:

Thank you. I'm still in shock with how great this car looks. I hope I'm in as good of shape at 50!

Ahhh! Caught me! Good eye. One of the former car ventures. I do need to buy her a couple Mopar tees ASAP for sure.

I just bought a subscription to Mopar Muscle magazine and my service manual arrived with the post today. Those combined with my membership here means I have a lot of reading to do.

Welcome Brando!! It's great having another Mopar nut from Ohio. Thanks so much for your service to our country!!

Wow!, Best forum welcome ever, seriously. Thanks to everyone for the kind words and the warm welcome. I wanted to get into the classic/muscle car scene for just that kind of thing. A friendly, family oriented group of people with a mutual interest in cool cars. Other automobile communities are anything but those qualities, at times.

Again, thanks y'all. Clearly an outstanding group here.

Hello and thank you for your service to this country. The car looks very nice. It's fun to see you have a family follower there. Good luck.
