Hi all from Oz... Just recently I am the new owner of a 64 Chrysler Newport wagon I won at auction. I think you call it a Town & Country in USA. I wanted an American cruiser that wasn't your typical "Muscle Car" as they are becoming extremely expensive down here... The car is quite tidy inside & out & engine bay also. Motor is a 361 with 727 torqueflite tranny. Unfortunately I know little about anything Chrysler/Mopar & look forward discussing many questions with several of you's guys & gals and hopefully getting me up to speed. I'm a performance sort of guy & I hope this forum can help me....Anyway enough of my boring chit chat. I will try to upload some photos. I'm not real good with my computer skills....
Cheers

That's a beautiful ride, you really scored a good one. I have an affinity for station wagons as I owned several while raising my family. I'd own that one in a second. I especially like the color, I painted my engine that same turquoise in my 63 Dodge b-body. The combination of that color in the white interior is really sharp. If you have any questions I am fairly well versed on mopars, so feel free. Good luck, Dave

Welcome from NJ!

Very nice Shane. My Dad had a 64 New Yorker that I drove when I was growing up. They are very solid cars. I also have a 361 in my 66 Charger that I hopped up a little.
