First off I'm new to MOPARS and I don't know what I'm doing, now my questions are: I'm parting out a rusty 1968 fury with a factory 440 and auto trans, I want to put this in a super solid 1968 belvedere that has it's original 318 and auto trans. I'm guessing I'll need frame and engine mounts? Anything else? Also will a 68 fury auto console fit a B Body? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the world of mopars and to the site. For your question....To fit that 440 in that satty, these guys have what you need. No need to change out the K-Frame or anything like that

You'll need a mount for your tranny. The C-Body console looks pretty similar to the B-Body one. Couldn't tell you if it mounts the same though...sorry.

The factory kickdown linkage is different from a 318 car vs a big block. Factory throttle cable for a B/RB engine was different size than a small block as well. Your torsion bars and probably your brakes on the satellite are small for a big block package as well. Might want to toss around the idea about upgrading to a 26" mopar radiator or aftermaket.

Good luck!

Beware of dipstick tube issues w the shu's. Great product otherwise!

As said above, plus you will need to alter your engine compartment wiring because the distributors are in different locations. I think there is a sticky about swapping a big block into a small block car.

I've always been a pontiac man, but I'm thinking I need a MOPAR in my life. Anyways, Thanks for the info and ideas, I may pass on the 318 belvedere and look for a 68 0r 69 road runner project, it sounds like there would be less parts to buy.
